Admissions Criteria

Each year we cultivate a high-performing cohort of about 70 students to create our MBA for Executives class. We strive to build a class of students distinguished by their self-awareness and their inclusive, collaborative approaches, as well as diverse in industries, aspirations, and backgrounds. To accomplish this we seek candidates who excel in the following domains.

High Achieving, High Potential

Some of our EMBA students lead organizations. Some lead teams. Some have cultivated deep expertise in functional areas. All demonstrate the potential for even greater impact through leadership, and bring varied experience that will enrich their classmates' learning.

Audrey McGrath

"If you're considering getting an MBA, my top piece of advice would be to just start. It can be really intimidating when you're on the outside of that process and you feel not qualified or like it's not the right time. But once you get started and make that phone call to admissions or open an application, do a class visit, and start talking to family and friends or employers, that hesitation quickly turns to excitement."

What Can You Contribute to an MBA Class?

MBA applicants often state their goals as: I want to achieve something new, to change careers, or to advance. While these are valid, what distinguishes candidates in the application process is thinking beyond personal goals to consider how their contributions will impact the entire academic community.
