Marjorie DeGraca

Executive Director of Admissions

Why Admissions  When I took the Myers-Briggs assessment in MBA school, it said one of my perfect fit jobs was higher education. I laughed it off as my goal at that time was brand management. Little did I know that I’d spend the majority of my career in higher education, particularly admissions, and that I’d love it. One of my favorite parts of admissions is getting to know the students – they are such interesting, diverse, and motivated individuals – and watching their tight-knit community form. I feel so lucky to be a small part of their journey. And, as a former brand manager, I’ve found that it’s always much easier to sell/represent a product you really believe in.

Susan Petty

Director of Admissions

Why Admissions  I come from a background in marketing and advertising, having worked in several different industries including technology, travel, healthcare—and many others from my media planning days at J. Walter Thompson where my clients included Chevron, Kaiser Permanente, Nestle, and Ford. Now I enjoy working on campus and with this community advising prospective students and guiding them through their personal MBA experience.

Stacey Stevens

Associate Director of Admissions

Why Admissions I wake up every day inspired to empower others so that our world may be filled with passion-driven people who pursue excellence in everything they do. Working in Admissions provides me the opportunity to identify, recruit, and select business leaders who have this passion. Through its Defining Leadership Principles, Berkeley Haas changes the lives of business leaders by providing them skills and tools to inspire change within their organizations. This is how I want to change the world.
