Angus Lam

  • Function: Environment, Heath, and Safety 

Angus has served as the Deputy Environment, Safety and Health Director at SLAC-Stanford Linear Accelerator Laboratory since January 2022. Angus has been a career Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional for over two decades. Prior to SLAC, Angus was the ExxonMobil Upstream Operations Integrity Management System Principal, provided EHS guidance to 26 international business units, and preserved ExxonMobil’s ISO 14001 and 45001 accreditation. EHS expertise of Angus is evidenced, from building regulatory capacity in PNG energy and environment sectors, planning oil spill response with Russia Far East agencies, being EHS subject matter expert for industry groups and USCG safety committees for US offshore while with ExxonMobil. 

Angus completed his high school in San Francisco after immigrating into the US from Hong Kong. Angus was a Bioenvironmental Engineering Officer with the US Air Force for 7 years, after receiving his B.S. Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley. While Angus loves to travel and has lived in UAE, Australia, PNG, Russia and several states in the US, his home is the San Francisco Bay Area.

Randy McClure

Randy’s career to date has been rooted in public service at the local level. Prior to his current role as Chief Analytics Officer at the San Francisco Public Library, he spent 12 years working at the San Francisco Controller's Office providing public sector consulting services to agencies as diverse in function as the Police Department, the Public Utilities Commission and the Municipal Transportation Agency. He went "in-house" six years ago at the library, and has spent his time there developing culture around the use of data-driven decision-making in the delivery of public services. John Wooden's famous quote, "Never mistake activity for achievement," comes to mind frequently in his work, as he endeavors to measure meaningful outcomes in bureaucratic systems with little incentive to change. 

In his free time, he has 2 very active little girls (8 and 3) who keep him busy hiking around the Bay Area and Tahoe, doing myriad youth sports and generally just being a #girldad. He is at Haas to learn about leadership and effectuating change through business tools, and is excited to learn through the cohort’s diverse experiences. His academic background includes a BA from Wake Forest University and a JD/MPP from the College of William & Mary. 

Amulya Vishwanath

  • Function: Developer Relations/ Strategic Management 

Amulya Vishwanath is the Head of DevRel (emerging markets) leading strategic initiatives and partnerships at NVIDIA. Her team is focused on enabling grassroots developer communities, startups, and universities to innovate with NVIDIA AI technologies and tools. Amulya joined NVIDIA in 2018 as the company’s first woman developer marketing lead for deep learning. She has over a decade of industry experience and prior positions at Intel, Molex, and HCL Technologies. Amulya has delivered over 50 industry and academia talks and panels including Berkeley Haas's annual AI and data science summit and mentored ~1000s of professionals and many startups in AI/ ML hackathons and GTM efforts respectively. She holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from India's Visvesvaraya Technological University. Amulya lives in San Francisco with her 2-dogs. Outside work, she's a tech enthusiast who flies AI-enabled drones to capture her travel memories.

As a VP of Admissions at Berkeley Haas, she is passionate about helping brainstorm career paths with prospective MBA candidates and helping make connections in her professional network. She also helps out with co-leading Berkeley Haas VC treks in Silicon Valley with the Venture Capital Club leadership team.

Richard Golfin III

  • Function: Legal

Richard Golfin III is the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at the Alliance, where he oversees all regulatory affairs, compliance, privacy, and legal services. As a dynamic industry leader, Richard has grown Compliance and Privacy Programs to exceed industry standards and promoted a system of regulatory and privacy compliance built on an integrated system of policies, procedures, and the Corporate Compliance Program. Richard has also built from conception a Special Investigations Unit, which garnered special recognition from the California Attorney General’s Office for its quality of review and case recommendations.

Richard is a member of the Local Health Plans of California – Governance Committee, Co-Chair of the Local Health Plans of California – Compliance Officer’s Committee, Member of the Healthcare Compliance Association, Member of the Compliance Certification Board, and a Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has also done voluntary work for the Los Angeles Mission, the Healthcare Compliance Executives of Southern California BridgeRoads Mentorship program, and served as a Board Member of the Los Angeles Drama Club and Shakespeare Institute. Richard is a sitting member of the Board of Governor’s at the Bread Project in Berkeley, California.

Richard lives in Oakland with his son Wyatt, wife Vivian and 2-dogs. He attended Drake University & Drake Law School, where he earned a Juris Doctor specializing in Health Law and Policy, and a Bachelor’s of Science & Business Administration Dual Major in Marketing and Business Management. Richard is a sought after public speaker and a long-time educator. He has previously taught as an Associate, Adjunct, and guest faculty at universities in Southern California and abroad.

Audrey McGrath

  • Function: Strategy/Operations

Audrey is a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where she helps teams and clients plan strategically, operate effectively, and reach their fullest potential. She has worked across industries such as government, healthcare, nonprofit, and oil & gas. Her career began in public accounting and has most recently consisted of supporting U.S. Navy leaders in areas such as organizational effectiveness, human capital strategy, leadership/team development, change management, and strategic engagement. Audrey has been a tennis player and dog lover her entire life. She enjoys maximizing her time outdoors, exploring new places, and being surrounded by people who inspire her to be the best version of herself.

Parul Suri

  • Function: Strategy/Planning

Parul Suri is a travel industry expert, with a background in pricing and revenue management. She has spent the last 15 years working in this space in Asia and America, creating high performing teams and growing markets. After exploring the hotel world, Parul needed a new challenge and joined the Real Estate + Hospitality space in 2021. She currently heads the revenue team at Placemaker (co-founded by a Haas alumnus), a company that is blurring the lines between home and hospitality. Parul is passionate about DEI and is now spearheading this initiative at her company along with a few co-workers. Born and raised in India, she moved to San Francisco in 2012 and now calls the Bay Area home. In her spare time (which is limited being a toddler mom), Parul enjoys DIY projects, interior decoration, and evaluating real-estate.
